AABB-accredited facilities are responsible for collecting and transfusing most of the U.S. blood supply, and accredits many facilities throughout the world. This section includes a list of blood banks, transfusion services and blood donor centers that have attained AABB accreditation. Note: this list is provided as a courtesy to the public and subject to change at any time. An official notice of AABB Accreditation may be provided by the facility upon request.

Accredited - An AABB assessor has been on the facility's premises and the facility practices were found to conform to AABB standards of practice.
Immunohematology Reference Laboratories provide an exchange of information and consultation on rare blood group antibodies, grouping, component preparation and therapy, blood compatibility testing and research.

The Molecular Testing Accreditation Program provides a forum for laboratories using molecular methods to predict blood group antigens on red cells, platelets, and neutrophils in order to provide compatible blood and components for transfusion.
The list of AABB accredited Molecular Testing Laboratories specifies those facilities that have attained AABB accreditation for the purpose of testing for blood group genes in order to screen a blood donor population or to determine predicted blood group phenotypes in patients.

The Perioperative Activities Accreditation Program provides a forum for perfusionists, anesthesiologists, surgeons, and blood bankers who are involved with supervision and maintenance of perioperative autologous transfusion programs.

AABB and ABHH (Associacao Brasileira de Hematologia, Hemoterapia e Terapia Celular) in Brazil, provide a joint accreditation for facilities located in Brazil using ABHH Standards (AABB Standards translated into Portuguese and customized to reflect local Brazilian requirements).
