Individual Donor Assessment Training PART II: Navigating IDA Conversations Course

This 60-minute training course is offered online as independent, self-paced study through AABB’s Education Platform.

The program’s goal is to help you feel more prepared to navigate challenging interactions with donors with an affirming, sex-positive approach. The program highlights include:

• Exploring techniques to respond to challenging conversations and de-escalate conflict.
• Toolset of key messages and phrases to enable sex-positive, respectful verbal and nonverbal communication with potential donors.
• Identify approaches to create a welcoming experience that leads to long-standing relationships with donors.

After registering, each learner will receive automatic access to the program. Continuing education credit is not available for this training course.
