The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) recently issued a revised National Coverage Determination (NCD) 110.24 for chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy. The revised NCD clarifies that health care providers should not bill more than one unit of CAR T-cell therapy per HCPCS code. Additional information is available online.
