Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center recently named Nikhil Nayak, MBA, as the organization's new president and CEO, effective Jan. 1. Nayak brings more than 25 years of experience in health and life sciences to the organization.
Before joining Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center, Nikhil was the chief business officer of San Diego Blood Bank, where he led the organization’s innovation development team. He also held leadership positions at Confirm Biosciences and Millennium Health. He succeeds Brian Gannon, MBA, who retired Dec. 31.
