Community Blood Center Opens First Illinois Location

The Community Blood Center (CBC), an AABB institutional member based in Wisconsin, recently celebrated the grand opening of a new donor center in Illinois. The new center, located in Chicago’s Beverly neighborhood, marks CBC’s first permanent location in Illinois. CBC has provided blood to Chicago hospitals since 2019.
