CDC Webinar Will Focus on VBD National Strategy

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recently announced a closed meeting and public webinar to share information on the National Public Health Strategy for the Prevention and Control of Vector-Borne Diseases in People (VBD National Strategy). CDC invites the public to listen to the opening and closing sessions, which will take place between 10 and 11 a.m. ET and 3 and 4 p.m. ET on Thursday, May 23.

In the opening session, speakers will describe the VBD National Strategy and federal agency representatives will present 2023 success stories. During the closing session, speakers will share a summary of the interactive sessions from the invitation-only portion of the meeting. Interested individuals can listen online.
