New Bahamian Citizenship Law Authorizes DNA Tests from AABB-Accredited Facilities

Newly passed legislation in the Bahamas now allows DNA tests conducted by AABB-accredited facilities to be used as proof of Bahamian citizenship. Labs registered and licensed by the Bahamas Hospital and Health Facilities Licensing Board must use AABB-accredited laboratories to participate in this process.
