AABB is pleased to announce that curated tours of select Top Poster Award will return in person to the 2024 AABB Annual Meeting, taking place Oct. 19-22 in Houston, Texas.
The curated poster tours will take place Sunday, Oct. 20, and Monday, Oct. 21, and last 45 minutes each. Each of the three curated poster tours will consist of a brief overview of the selected abstract posters by the author, followed by a short question-and-answer period between the tour moderator, abstract author and audience. Seating will be available for audience members.
On Sunday, Phillip Norris, MD, will guide a tour focused on translational science from 11:15 a.m. to 12 p.m. CT and Patricia Brunker, MD, DPhil, will lead a tour focused on clinical transfusion medicine from 12:15 to 1 p.m. CT. On Monday, Celina Montemayor, MD, PhD, will lead a tour that explores education and donor behavior from 12:15 to 1 p.m. CT.
