Macopharma to Acquire Lmb Technologies

Macopharma, an
AABB corporate partner, signed an agreement to acquire Lmb Technologies, a key player in blood equipment. Since 1979, Lmb has provided innovative solutions for blood transfusion, including mixers, separators, welders, platelet agitators and data management software that integrates with IT systems.
This acquisition, expected to close in early 2025, represents a strategic expansion for Macopharma, strengthening its portfolio of blood processing solutions to better serve customers and patients. Once finalized, Macopharma and Lmb will collaborate to combine their expertise in disposables, equipment, software and services.
