Central California Blood Center Names New CEO

The Central California Blood Center (CCBC)
named Christine Hayes as the organization’s next president and CEO on Tuesday. Most recently, Hayes served as chief operating officer at LifeServe Blood Center, where she led the organization’s recruitment/marketing, donor services and hospital services business units.
Hayes has held leadership positions in several industry organizations, including America’s Blood Centers and the National Blood Collaborative. She is also a past president of the Association of Donor Recruitment Professionals.
She succeeds Christopher Staub, who served as CCBC’s CEO for more than seven years.
