All known usage of platelets is being met by strong national surplus.
Red Blood Cells
Most demand for frozen products is being met within 24 hours. However, there is steady usage of cryoprecipitate, which may take more than 24 hours to source due to fluctuating availability. Known demand for fresh frozen plasma is addressed immediately – usually within 24 hours.
