Reminder: Global Transfusion Webcast Continues July 10

AABB is pleased to announce that the next edition of the AABB Global Transfusion Webcast will take place at 10 a.m. ET on Wednesday, July 10.

In this edition, guest experts Linda S. Barnes, DrPH, MHA, RAC, CABP(H); Pedro Lewis, MD, MT; and Melina De Four, MD; will join hosts Quentin G. Eichbaum, MD, PhD, MPH, MFA, MA, MSc, MMHC, FCAP, and Daniela Hermelin, MD, CABP, for a conversation that explores stewardship processes to achieve voluntary community blood donation.

Each episode of the Global Transfusion Webcast explores a different chapter from the 2023 AABB publication Global Perspectives and Practices in Transfusion Medicine, which was edited by Eichbaum.

AABB invites transfusion medicine professionals from throughout the world to join the webcast, which will take place via Zoom. Following the livestream event, AABB will publish the recording on YouTube.
